The staff were truly wonderful, especially the person at the front desk who was very kind. This is our ninth visit to Jeju, and we express our deep respect and praise for the excellent service of the hotel and the manager. We will definitely come back here next year. Highly recommended. The relationship between the two is truly the best!!!!
