It was truly clean and beautiful, and also beautiful!
There was no concierge service to help move luggage in the car. I was traveling with my daughter, and when we arrived it was raining a little, so it would have been nice to have some help. Even on the day we checked out, it was 5 a.m., but there was no one to help load our luggage into the car. However, the reception staff were very friendly.
