The staff are so kind!
The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a hot water pool with good views, which makes it great to swim in the chilly weather! There is a Jacuzzi in the room, so you can take a lower-body bath. Personally, I really liked the terrace seats. I want to play in the hotel all day next time!
